Have experience in all Interiors projects execution billing. Pan India. (Retail, Hospitality & Commercial Interior projects)
Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) & bills with item rates from tender
Prepare & process subcontractor bills
To take the measurement from the site engineer
To get work done as per the protocol of the company
Review the quantities item listed
Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors and contractors
Checking measurements
Bill certification
Qualification
Candidate must have B.E./B.Tech In Civil Engineering.
5-7 years of experience in interior projects billing and costing (Retail, Hospitality & Commercial interior projects)
Must have CAD Knowledge
Should be good in MS Excel and MS word
Co-ordination and communication with related departments
Attention to Detail and keep all documentation
Willing to Travel Pan India for projects Billing.
