About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Branch Head to lead our branch operations, drive business growth, and manage a high-performing team. The role involves overseeing sales, expanding the Independent Financial Distributor (IFD) network, and ensuring smooth branch functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the branch as a profit center and manage day-to-day operations
Acquire, onboard, and manage Independent Financial Distributors (IFDs)
Drive business development for primary market and investment products
Guide and train IFDs on digital platforms and product knowledge
Expand the branch network and ensure high productivity
Maintain strong client and partner relationships
Conduct business development events and activities
Ensure compliance and branch performance excellence
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial products (Mutual Funds, Insurance, Fixed Income, etc.)
Experience in empaneling and managing IFAs/IFDs
Strong understanding of wealth management and primary market products
Good communication, leadership, and team-handling skills
Graduate/ Postgraduate; NISM VA certification preferred
