Key Responsibilities
Translate and interpret
Japanese ? English
documentation, emails, and technical content.
Support IT delivery activities, including requirement gathering, quality checks, and coordination with internal teams.
Communicate with Japanese clients/customers to clarify requirements, issues, and feedback.
Prepare reports, documentation, and status updates in both English and Japanese.
Assist project teams in bridging cultural and language gaps for smooth execution.
Participate in virtual/onsite meetings as required.
Provide ad-hoc support on Japanese-language related project tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Japanese language proficiency - JLPT N4 or higher (mandatory).
Strong Japanese reading and writing skills.
Experience in
IT delivery, software projects, support roles, or Japanese client communication
.
Ability to understand basic technical documentation.
Good communication skills in English.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
