Ensure HR reports are executed as per plan with minimal manual interventions or offline
Track key metrics and report adherence to KPIs and effectiveness of reporting
Identify areas of improvement in HR reporting and dashboard based on feedback from various channels as well as inputs from COE Unit DC Geo HR functions
Continually review the effectiveness of existing HR reports
Need to have knowledge on reporting tools
Audits Compliance
Participate in internal and external audits
Track compliance for process managed and flag any deviations to supervisors
Implement controls and recommendations from audit based on inputs from supervisors
