- Building strong, respectful communication with parents
- Actively participating in trainings and professional development
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Education / Early Childhood Education (or related field)
- Prior experience in preschool teaching or educator training
- Strong lesson planning and classroom management skills
- A genuine passion for working with young children and educators
