Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Target Achievement- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.- Conduct field visits daily to generate leads and convert them into sales.- Promote water products (RO systems, bottled water, water dispensers or water treatment solutions - as applicable).2. Market Expansion- Identify and onboard new retailers, distributors, and channel partners.- Maintain and grow existing dealer network.- Conduct market mapping, competitor tracking, and price monitoring.3. Customer Relationship Management- Build strong relations with retailers, institutions, and end customers.- Resolve customer issues, coordinate with service teams, and ensure customer satisfaction.4. Field Execution- Conduct product demos and awareness activities.- Ensure proper visibility, branding, and POS material placement.- Collect orders from retailers and ensure timely delivery with logistics.5. Reporting & Coordination- Submit daily reports on visits, leads, orders, and collections.- Coordinate with the sales manager for planning and forecasting.- Track payments, ensure timely collections, and maintain documentation.Key Skills Required- Strong communication and negotiation skills.- Excellent field sales and relationship-building abilities.- Knowledge of local market and geography.- Basic understanding of water products or willingness to learn.- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with extensive travel.Qualifications- Graduate (preferred) or 12th Pass with strong sales experience.- 1-4 years of field sales experience (FMCG/Water/Beverages preferred).- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory).
