Key Responsibilities :1. Strategy & Planning- Develop and implement the overall e-commerce business strategy aligned with company goals.- Identify growth opportunities across D2C, marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Bigbasket, etc.), and new digital channels.- Set annual sales targets, budgets, and performance KPIs for online business.2. Business & Revenue Management- Drive P&L for e-commerce vertical; ensure revenue, margin, and ROI targets are achieved.- Manage online pricing, promotions, and discount strategies to optimize profitability.- Analyze sales trends, traffic data, and customer behavior to improve conversion and retention rates.3. Marketplace & D2C Operations :- Oversee listing, cataloging, order management, fulfillment, and returns across all e-commerce platforms.- Liaise with platform account managers (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) for promotions, campaigns, and visibility.- Ensure seamless integration between website, ERP, CRM, and logistics systems.4. Digital Marketing & Brand Presence :- Collaborate with marketing teams to drive performance marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, affiliates).- Plan and execute digital campaigns to increase website traffic and online sales.- Enhance customer engagement through personalized communication, loyalty programs, and email marketing.5. Customer Experience & Technology- Ensure an exceptional online shopping experience through UI/UX optimization, smooth checkout, and responsive support.- Identify and implement technological improvements for better analytics, automation, and customer insights.6.
