• 4+ years of experience within SaaS solutions Jira and Confluence SaaS experience is a plus
• Background in software development andor IT operations roles
• Experience helping an organization adopt an Atlassian product or similar product
• 4+ years experience in a highly technical enterprise support role preferably in an environment dealing troubleshooting andor Atlassian stack support role
• A general understanding of software development models Agile Vmodel Waterfall and methodologies DevOps RAD Scrum TDD FDD
