Required Skills & Qualifications:



Extensive experience with Jira Service Desk administration in a cloud environment. Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards using Jira reporting tools. Strong understanding of Jira configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Experience in designing custom ticket entry masks and workflows. In-depth knowledge of Jira Workflow, Change Management, and Asset Management. Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions. Basic knowledge of Atlassian Confluence administration. Basic knowledge of Jira Software administration. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to take responsibility and demonstrate process-oriented thinking.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?1,500,000.00 per year
