Work Model: Remote Description The client is a product international company that provides a defence platform that enables development and security teams to protect critical workloads against emerging threats and undiscovered vulnerabilities with a lightweight agent that protects the organisation\'s public, private and hybrid cloud deployments on-premises data centres managed. In addition, it is an advanced endpoint detection and response platform, which gathers as much information as possible to detect and analyse complex threats while being as non-intrusive as possible, minimising the impact on the network and the endpoint. Requirements The Jira Cloud Administrator is responsible for managing the Jira Cloud environment for Cybereason, including the design, implementation, and maintenance of Jira projects, workflows, and custom fields and users. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Jira Cloud administration and be familiar with project automation, asset management, and Jira Service Manager. The minimum requirements we seek : 3+ years of experience as a Jira Cloud administrator in an environment with +200 users 1+ years of experience with Jira Service Manager Project configurations. 2+ years of experience with Jira Project automation to assist with Jira Administration Job Responsibilities What you\'ll be able to do : Design and implement Jira projects, workflows, and custom fields to meet the needs of different departments and teams. Manage user access, security, and permissions within Jira Cloud. Configure Jira integrations with other tools and systems, such as Slack and Confluence. Create custom scripts and automate routine tasks using Jira\'s APIs and scripting capabilities. Monitor and maintain Jira performance, ensuring the platform is always available and functioning optimally. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Jira and its integrations. Train and support users on the best practices for using Jira, including project and workflow management, custom fields, and reporting. Develop and maintain documentation related to Jira administration and processes Our preferred qualifications : Proficient in using Jira\'s APIs and scripting capabilities. Experience integrating Jira with other tools and systems, such as Slack, TestRail, Confluence, GitHub. Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support users on Jira and project management best practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
