5+ years of overall Atlassian experience
Highly experienced with workflow automation
Proficient with Groovy
Experienced with third-party integrations via Connectors, Webhooks, REST API
Experienced with ScriptRunner for Jira Cloud
Proficient with Nunjucks and Jira expressions
Good to have:
Atlassian certifications (especially ACP-120, ACP-520)
Okta administration
Atlassian Guard administration
Knowledge of key ITSM concepts
Understanding of various Agile software development methodologies
