JIRA Admin -
Role Technology Lead/Senior Consultant
Detailed min 200 words We are seeking an experienced JIRA Administrator with 5-8 years of hands-on experience managing Atlassian tools (JIRA Software, JIRA Service Management, Confluence, etc.). The candidate will have to be Atlassian Certified, proactive in process improvement, and skilled in supporting both technical and business teams to optimize workflows, automation, and reporting
Must Have Skills (Top 3 skills only) o 5-8 years of progressive experience as a JIRA/Atlassian Administrator in an enterprise environment.

• Atlassian Certified JIRA Administrator (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of JIRA Cloud and Confluence Cloud administration and automation.
• Experience with JIRA Service Management (JSM) configuration and SLA management

Nice to have skills (Top 2 only) o Familiarity with scripting (e.g., JQL, Groovy, Automation for JIRA, or Script Runner).

• Experience integrating Atlassian tools with other enterprise platforms (Salesforce, Azure DevOps, Okta, etc.).

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the subcon to shoulder and execute: o Administer, configure, and maintain JIRA Software, JIRA Service Management, and Confluence instances.

• Create and manage projects, custom fields, workflows, screens, permission schemes, and notification schemes
• Maintain integration with other enterprise systems (e.g., Slack, GitHub, Salesforce, ServiceNow).
• the candidate should be working in 2nd shift to overlap with US clients. (2 PM to 11 PM)
