- Create a social media strategy for the Institute to be able to use all platforms effectively and timely to reach out to the target audience.
- Creating effective social media marketing campaigns.
- Creating and nurturing social media communities.
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news across all platforms)
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
- Tracking social media metrics.
- Have enough knowledge of the nuances of different social media platforms.
- Analysing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and planning digital campaigns to build community online.
