Job Responsibilities 1. Acquire new SMB customers

2. Call prospective customers and explain product offerings

3. Respond to all customer queries on product features and pricing

4. Ensure a delightful customer experience by responding in appropriate

tone and language

5. Attend all training sessions and keep updated about Enterprise

offerings

6. Meet the minimum number of daily and weekly calls targets
Education Requirement 10th / 10 + 2 (Preferred)
Experience Requirement Fresher
Skills & Competencies 1. Basic knowledge of reading and writing

2. Smartphone usage

3. Speak local language

4. Sales and customer handling skills

5. Ability to learn
