Key Responsibilities
Lead the Jio Center team to achieve sales and service targets.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and customer satisfaction.
Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
Monitor performance, provide guidance, and motivate the team.
Manage reporting, compliance, and center-level profitability.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
10-12 years of experience in sales, retail, or operations management.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
