Job Description

Operate and set up jig boring machines to perform precision machining operations.


Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to determine the machining requirements.


Select and install appropriate tools, fixtures, and workpieces on the machine.


Adjust machine settings, such as speed, feed rate, and depth of cut, to achieve precise tolerances and surface finishes.


Monitor the machining process and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and accuracy.


Inspect finished parts to verify conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments.


Maintain and troubleshoot the machine as needed, performing routine maintenance.


Work collaboratively with other team members and communicate effectively to meet production goals and quality standards.


Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Proven experience with jig boring.


A good knowledge of tool setting.


Must be able check their own work using standard dimensional checking equipment.
Good level of dexterity.


Competent in numeracy and literacy, computer use and able to read and understand technical documentation.

Experience 3 to 5 years Education A high school diploma or equivalent, and preferably a technical degree or certification in a relevant field, such as mechanical or manufacturing engineering

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
