Assist senior jewelsmiths in making, repairing, and polishing jewellery pieces.
Support in basic work such as soldering, filing, buffing, and setting preparation.
Help in resizing rings, repairing chains, and mounting stones as per instructions.
Ensure each item meets showroom quality standards before delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and tools.
Ensure tools and equipment are properly stored and in good working condition.
Report tool damage or shortages to the senior jewelsmith or workshop head.
Continuously learn jewellery-making techniques and polishing methods.
Understand showroom design standards, finishing techniques, and quality checks.
Work on assigned training projects to improve craftsmanship and efficiency.
