We are seeking a well-groomed, experienced, and performance-driven

Showroom Manager

with a strong background in

jewellery retail

to lead our flagship showroom. The ideal candidate should have an exceptional understanding of luxury customer service, team leadership, and fine jewellery sales. This role demands a confident individual who can drive revenue, maintain brand prestige, and deliver an outstanding in-store experience to discerning clientele.

Supervise, mentor, and motivate showroom staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. Drive revenue generation and achieve sales targets for Silver , designer jewellery segments. Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to identify growth opportunities and implement corrective actions. Implement training programs on product features, new launches, SOPs, and customer service excellence. Maintain optimal stock-to-sale ratio and contribute to pricing and promotional strategies in coordination with senior management. Ensure a warm, personalized, and professional environment for all customers Maintain impeccable showroom presentation and adhere to brand guidelines. Coordinate seasonal displays, promotional setups, and inventory placements to enhance product visibility.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
