Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Management:

Maintain and update customer records, track lead progress, and log all client interactions in the CRM system.

Effective Communication:

Manage inquiries from U.S.-based clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp using clear and professional English.

Order Processing:

Generate invoices, handle custom jewelry orders, and coordinate closely with the production team.

Client Relationship Management:

Develop and nurture long-term relationships with high-value clients to drive repeat business.

Social Media & Content Uploads:

Upload and manage product photos across Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp groups.

Shift Details:

Shift Timing:

Pure night shift aligned with U.S. business hours.

Work Location:

Office-based role in Surat.

Requirements:

Fluent English:

Strong spoken and written communication skills.

Night Shift Availability:

Comfortable working overnight.

Jewelry Knowledge:

Basic understanding of jewelry such as diamonds, hoops, and pendants.
