We are looking for a confident and customer-oriented
Jewellery Sales Executive
to join our reputed jewellery showroom at
Grant Road, Mumbai
. The ideal candidate should have excellent sales skills, in-depth product knowledge, and a flair for providing exceptional customer service in the luxury retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery items based on their preferences and budget.
Demonstrate product features, quality, and craftsmanship to enhance customer experience.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling.
Maintain an attractive product display and ensure showroom cleanliness.
Handle billing, cash transactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
Build strong relationships with repeat customers and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Stay updated on the latest jewellery trends, designs, and market pricing.
Support stock management and inventory control activities.
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
Requirements
Minimum
3-5 years
of experience in
jewellery sales or luxury retail
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
Ability to handle high-value transactions with honesty and precision.
Fluency in
English, Hindi, and Marathi
(preferred).
Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
