Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Jewelry Sales Executive to join our retail team at our Borivali showroom. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a flair for customer service, and a passion for luxury products.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist them in selecting jewelry as per their preferences and budget. Provide detailed information on available products, pricing, and offers. Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business. Meet individual and team sales targets. Handle billing, packaging, and other store operations efficiently. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Maintain the visual appeal and cleanliness of the showroom. Stay updated on new collections and market trends.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in jewelry or luxury product sales preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Presentable and confident in customer handling. Basic knowledge of gold, diamond, and other precious stones is a plus. Ability to work on weekends and during peak festive seasons. Fluent in Hindi, English, and local language (Marathi preferred).

Salary:

?15,000 - ?25,000/month (based on experience and performance) + Incentives
