Field Marketing Manager - Artificial & Gram Jewelry

Role Overview
As our Field Marketing Manager, you will be the face of the brand on the ground. You'll travel across Madhya Pradesh (with a focus on cities near Bhopal) to:
Showcase
our latest collections to retail counters and wholesale distributors
Build and reinforce
brand awareness and positioning in local markets
Generate sales leads
and close orders directly with clients
This role demands a proactive self?starter who combines deep product knowledge with outstanding communication and sales acumen.
Key Responsibilities
Territory Coverage:
Plan and execute regular city tours--mapping out retail outlets, markets, exhibitions, and wholesale hubs.
Product Demonstration:
Present and educate clients on features, styling, and craftsmanship of artificial and gold?polished jewelry pieces.
Sales Generation:
Proactively identify opportunities, negotiate terms, and secure orders to meet/exceed monthly sales targets.
Brand Building:
Develop and maintain relationships with showroom managers, boutique owners, and wholesalers; gather market feedback and competitor intelligence.
Marketing Support:
Coordinate with the central marketing team to roll out promotions, in?store displays, and local events.
Reporting:
Prepare weekly/monthly activity and sales reports; track KPIs such as number of client visits, order volumes, and territory revenue.
Stock Management:
Liaise with inventory teams to ensure sample stocks are available and updated; manage returns and exchange samples when required.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Experience:
2-4 years in field marketing, sales, or business development--preferably in artificial/imitation jewelry, fashion accessories, or related retail segments.
Product Knowledge:
Strong understanding of artificial jewelry materials, gold?polished finishes, current fashion trends, and customer preferences.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills; able to present confidently to diverse audiences (retail and wholesale).
Sales Skills:
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; adept at negotiation and closing deals.
Travel Readiness:
Comfortable with frequent travel (by road) across Madhya Pradesh; valid driving license is a plus.
Personal Attributes:
Highly disciplined, punctual, self?motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
