Key Responsibilities
Offline / Showroom Sales
Attend and assist walk-in customers in selecting jewellery
Explain details of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery including purity and pricing
Support bridal, customised, and occasion-based jewellery sales
Achieve assigned sales targets
Maintain showroom display, hygiene, and brand standards
Online / Digital Sales
Handle enquiries from WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, website, and phone calls
Share product photos, videos, catalogues, and price details
Follow up on online leads and convert them into sales or showroom visits
Coordinate order processing and delivery with internal teams
Customer Relationship & Support
Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business
Assist with after-sales support and customer queries
Follow company policies related to security and confidentiality
Requirements & Skills
1-3 years of experience in jewellery or retail sales (preferred)
Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, and basic digital tools
Strong communication skills in
English, Hindi, and Marathi
Presentable, customer-focused, and target-driven
Willing to work weekends and festive seasons
Education
Minimum: Graduate preferred
