Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Sales Executive to grow our diamond jewelry business by identifying new clients, generating leads independently, and building long-term relationships. The role requires proactive market outreach, client meetings, and closing sales through strong product knowledge and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new clients through self-prospecting, referrals, networking, and market visits Approach potential customers and schedule meetings to present diamond jewelry collections Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and recommend suitable diamond jewelry solutions Drive sales growth by converting leads into confirmed orders and repeat business Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, corporate buyers, and high-value individual clients Present product details including diamond quality, certification, pricing, and customization options Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals in line with company guidelines Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders to ensure timely closure Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, sales pipeline, and client feedback

Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills Proven ability to generate leads and close sales independently Excellent negotiation and presentation skills Good understanding of diamond jewelry, quality parameters, and certification (preferred) Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment Willingness to travel for client meetings and market development

Experience & Qualifications:

Minimum experience in sales, business development, or field sales Prior experience in diamond jewelry, luxury goods, or B2B/B2C sales is highly preferred Existing industry contacts will be an added advantage
