Respond to incoming consumer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, whether in person, on social media, over the phone, or via email.
Maintain a current understanding of the company's products, services, and customer service policies.
When necessary, capture customer interactions, compile papers, and communicate information to interested parties.
In answer to customer questions, respond simply and clearly, and check for customer understanding and acceptance.
Identify relevant characteristics and benefits to recommend new products or services, or provide suggestions for changes.
Assist customers by teaching how to use products and programmes and responding to any queries they may have.
Participate in internal or external training possibilities provided by the organisation.
Use pleasant language and anticipate your clients' requirements to build and maintain a positive relationship with them.
Skills:
JEWELLERY EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY
Degree in marketing, sales, communication, or a similar discipline.
Prior experience as a relationship executive, ideally in a similar organisation.
In-depth knowledge of effective sales and negotiation tactics.
Outstanding verbal and written communication.
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
