Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager at SilverWorld in Gurgaon. The Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage store inventory, lead the retail team, and implement loss prevention strategies.
Qualifications
Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills
Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention skills
Experience in managing jewelry or retail stores
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of jewelry trends and silver craftsmanship is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
