We are seeking an experienced

Jewelry Production Manager

with a strong background in jewelry manufacturing and factory operations. The ideal candidate must have

hands-on experience in managing jewelry production processes

, team coordination, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day jewelry production operations Coordinate with design, CAD, casting, setting, polishing, and QC departments Ensure timely delivery of orders with high quality standards Monitor workflow and production timelines Handle manpower planning and resource allocation Troubleshoot production issues and ensure smooth factory operations

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in jewelry production/factory management Strong knowledge of gold, diamond, and polki jewelry manufacturing processes Ability to manage large teams and work under pressure Good communication and leadership skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
