Creating and overseeing production calendar, following up on deadlines at every process touchpoint o Sourcing all materials for production from current and external vendors, ensuring best value and timing for company o Settle on costing for materials and produced goods o Mentor and manage inventory and production teams o Constantly evaluate current processes and innovative/optimize where necessaryo Knowledge about materials sourcing and price negotiation o An ability to mentor and oversee team members in a fast-paced environment o A strong desire to innovate and change processes wherever needed o Excellent communication skills
