Roles & Responsibilities:
Plan and select jewelry designs based on customer demand and market trends.
Coordinate with designers, vendors, and production teams for product development.
Manage stock levels, track sales performance, and suggest restocking as needed.
Analyze pricing, cost sheets, and profit margins.
Conduct market research to identify new trends and product ideas.
Support retail and marketing teams with product display and visual merchandising.
Prepare regular sales, inventory, and performance reports for management.
Maintain good coordination between production, sales, and quality teams.
Skills & Requirements:
1-5 years of experience in jewelry merchandising or inventory management preferred.
Good knowledge of gold, diamond, and polki jewelry categories.
Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Gati ERP tool(Not Mandatory).
