Job Title: Factory Manager - Jewelry Manufacturing & Quality ControlAbout the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and seasoned Factory Manager with extensive experience in jewelry/diamond manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, quality control, and workforce supervision. This is a senior role requiring leadership, technical expertise, and operational efficiency to ensure that our manufacturing unit runs smoothly, meets timelines, and delivers top-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

Factory Operations Management

Oversee the entire jewelry manufacturing process: design transfer, casting, setting, polishing, plating, and final QC. Manage daily factory operations, ensuring timely and efficient workflow. Plan production schedules and allocate resources effectively.

Quality Control & Assurance

Implement and monitor strict QC procedures to maintain international standards. Conduct inspections at every stage of production to minimize defects. Ensure final dispatches meet company benchmarks of precision and quality.

Team & Workforce Supervision

Lead and manage a team of skilled artisans, technicians, and support staff. Provide training, guidance, and conflict resolution when required. Maintain discipline, safety, and productivity on the factory floor.

Process Optimization

Identify bottlenecks and introduce process improvements to increase efficiency. Coordinate with management to align factory output with sales and client demands. Monitor costs and minimize wastage of materials and resources.
Requirements

10+ years of proven experience

in jewelry or diamond manufacturing operations. Deep knowledge of the

entire production cycle

and hands-on expertise in QC. Strong leadership and people management skills. Ability to handle pressure and deliver under tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and preferably Gujarati.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
