Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Jewellery Designer / Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, market trends, and product development in the jewellery industry. You will be responsible for conceptualizing designs, coordinating sampling and production, and ensuring the final product aligns with brand aesthetics and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design new jewellery collections based on brand direction and market trends.
- Create design sketches, mood boards, and CADs for upcoming collections.
- Work closely with production and sourcing teams to ensure timely sample development.
- Plan and curate seasonal collections, ensuring a balance of creativity and commercial appeal.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to guide product strategy.
- Coordinate with vendors, craftsmen, and suppliers for materials, stones, and finishes.
- Maintain a merchandising calendar -- from concept to final product launch.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Jewellery Design / Fashion Design / Gemmology or a related f ield.
- 2-5 years of experience in jewellery design or merchandising.
- Strong understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes, materials, and trends.
- Proficiency in design software (Rhino, Matrix, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, or similar).
- Excellent visual sense, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with fine, silver, or lab-grown diamond jewellery.
- Knowledge of costing, pricing, and inventory management.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
