Job Description

Create jewelry design concepts using AI tools based on trends and themes. Write effective prompts to generate high-quality AI design outputs. Analyze ASHI and competitor collections to identify patterns and opportunities. Develop new design ideas while maintaining brand style. Research U.S. jewelry trends, colors, and fashion influences. Coordinate with CAD/3D teams to convert AI concepts into manufacturable designs. Organize and maintain AI design files, prompts, and references.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong understanding of jewelry design, aesthetics, and product development process. Experience using AI image generation platforms. Excellent prompt writing skills -- capable of translating creative ideas into AI-readable instructions. Basic understanding of CAD design or 3D jewelry modeling is a plus. Good sense of design proportion, stone placement, and material combinations. Ability to balance creativity with commercial viability and production constraints. Strong visual sense and familiarity with market-specific jewelry styles Excellent communication and documentation skills. Prior experience in jewelry design, fashion design, or digital product development. Exposure to AI-powered design workflows or generative art. Key Traits: Creative thinker with technical adaptability. Keen eye for detail and luxury aesthetics. Collaborative mindset -- eager to work closely with design, CAD, and AI teams.
