To assist customers in selecting jewellery by providing expert product knowledge, excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets while maintaining showroom standards.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
Provide detailed information about gold, diamond, platinum, and gemstone jewellery.
Explain product features, pricing, certification, purity, and making charges.
Assist customers with jewellery trials and styling suggestions.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Handle billing support, exchange, and buy-back processes as per company policy.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow up for repeat sales.
Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and security of jewellery.
Coordinate with the backend and inventory team for stock availability.
Follow company SOPs, compliance, and ethical sales practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in jewellery retail sales preferred.
Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Good product knowledge of jewellery (or willingness to learn).
Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships.
Presentable, well-groomed, and professional attitude.
