Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and responsible

Jewellery Store Manager

to lead the operations of our showroom in

Jaipur

. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in retail jewellery sales, team management, and customer relationship building. Knowledge of

gold, diamond, Polki, and gemstones

is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the jewellery store. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets. Ensure exceptional customer service and handle VIP/loyal clients. Monitor inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with the head office for stock replenishment. Ensure accurate billing, gold weight verification, and product tagging. Train staff on product knowledge, selling techniques, and store SOPs. Maintain visual merchandising and store hygiene standards. Handle customer complaints and resolve them professionally. Ensure all security measures and protocols are followed strictly. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and MIS for management.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing a retail

jewellery store

. Strong knowledge of

gold, diamond, Polki, and gemstone jewellery

. Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills. Customer-first attitude with strong sales and negotiation skills. Experience in POS systems, billing, and inventory control. Fluent in Hindi and basic English .

Working Hours:

Full-time(11:30 to 8:30 pm Availability on weekends and festivals is mandatory.
