Job Summary:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused

Jewellery Store Manager

to join our team and lead daily store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in jewellery retail, team leadership, and store merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide a personalized, premium shopping experience. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with company policies and industry standards. Maintain deep product knowledge of various jewellery collections, precious stones, metals, and certifications. Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs. Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales performance, customer insights, and operational challenges. Build long-term customer relationships and maintain client databases. Ensure the display is appealing and up to brand standards. Conduct regular stock checks and help with inventory management. Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and securely.

Requirements:

Proven experience in jewellery or luxury retail (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of fine jewellery, including gold, diamonds, and traditional styles (Kundan/Polki preferred).
