The Jewellery Store Manager is responsible for managing overall showroom operations, driving sales and profitability, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory control, and leading the store team to achieve business targets while upholding brand standards and compliance.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for gold, diamond, and other jewellery
Drive high-value customer conversions and repeat business
Handle key and VIP customers personally
Ensure upselling and cross-selling of jewellery products
Customer Experience
Ensure exceptional customer service and luxury showroom experience
Handle customer complaints, exchanges, and escalations professionally
Maintain long-term relationships with customers
Store Operations
Manage day-to-day showroom operations smoothly
Ensure adherence to company SOPs, policies, and compliance standards
Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and billing
Ensure store hygiene, visual merchandising, and product display standards
Inventory & Security
Monitor stock movement, inward/outward entries, and daily stock reconciliation
Ensure safe handling of high-value jewellery and compliance with security protocols
Coordinate audits, stock verification, and loss prevention measures
Team Management
Lead, train, motivate, and evaluate showroom staff
Prepare duty rosters, manage attendance, and approve leaves
Conduct regular training on product knowledge and sales techniques
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare daily sales reports, MIS, and performance analysis
Coordinate with Head Office for stock, marketing, and operational requirements
Implement promotional offers and marketing activities as per company guidelines
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities
Sound knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery
Understanding of jewellery retail operations, billing, and compliance
Ability to handle pressure and manage high-value transactions

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
