Yamie Fine Jewellery is a contemporary jewellery brand specializing in elegant, everyday fine jewellery. We seek a results-driven Store Manager to oversee all boutique operations and drive sales success.
The Role: Key Responsibilities
The Store Manager is the operational leader responsible for the overall business and team performance. Your core duties include:
Sales Drive:
Develop strategies to meet and exceed ambitious sales and profitability targets.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver world-class service and achieve goals.
Customer Experience:
Cultivate a strong clienteling culture and ensure exceptional, personalized service for all customers.
Store Management:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with all company policies and luxury brand standards.
Meticulous Control:
Maintain absolute accuracy in
Inventory Control
(audits, stock transfers) and perform strict
Cash Management
(reconciliation, financial reporting).
Required Qualifications
Experience:
A minimum of
2-3 years of proven retail management experience
, preferably in fine jewellery, luxury, or high-end retail.
Leadership:
Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Operational Skills:
Strong proficiency in
inventory management, cash handling,
and financial reporting.
Product Passion:
Genuine interest in fine jewellery, diamonds, and luxury aesthetics.
Communication:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
