Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer experience. Drive sales and achieve monthly/annual targets. Manage, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service. Maintain strong product knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, silver, and gold jewellery. Handle inventory management, stock control, and loss prevention. Build strong client relationships and manage high-value customers. Monitor visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards. Prepare sales reports and coordinate with management on strategies. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor in the jewellery industry. Strong knowledge of jewellery (diamonds, gold, silver, gemstones, and trends). Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to manage a team and drive performance. Proficiency in POS systems, billing software, and MS Office. Attention to detail and ability to handle high-value transactions responsibly. Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours during festive seasons.
