Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Jewellery Store Manager with 5-7 years in the jewellery industry to oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing sales team, and achieve ambitious revenue targets. The ideal candidate thrives as a team leader, motivating staff while ensuring top-tier customer service and inventory management in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and motivate a team of 10-20 sales associates to meet and exceed sales goals through coaching and performance tracking.
Manage all store operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and compliance with jewellery industry standards (e.g., hallmarking, purity certification).
Drive customer satisfaction by handling high-value sales, resolving queries, and building long-term client relationships.
Analyze sales data, forecast trends, and implement strategies to boost footfall and revenue by MINIMUM 20% annually.
Ensure store security, hygiene, and safety protocols are followed meticulously.
Collaborate with headquarters on promotions, stock orders, and vendor relations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in jewellery retail management (gold/diamond sales preferred).
Proven team leader with a track record of building and inspiring high-performing teams.
Strong knowledge of jewellery products, market trends, pricing, and regulations in India.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-facing skills.
Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software (e.g., Tally or similar), and MS Office.
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field; gemology certification is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and festivals.
