Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor and coach sales staff to improve performance and customer engagement.
Ensure a high standard of customer service and personalized assistance for jewellery buyers.
Store Operations & Management
Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash management, and security.
Ensure jewellery displays are attractive, clean, and in line with brand standards.
Maintain accurate inventory and stock records; coordinate periodic stock audits.
Ensure compliance with hallmarking, certification, and company policies.
