Jewellery Store Manager

to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in jewellery retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to meet sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the jewellery store, ensuring smooth functioning. Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets. Provide personalized customer service, including guiding clients in selecting jewellery pieces. Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and product display to maximize sales. Implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities to boost revenue. Monitor store performance, prepare sales reports, and provide management insights. Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures, and industry regulations. Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and tact. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Requirements:

Minimum

6 years of experience

in jewellery retail, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of diamonds, gold, gemstones, and contemporary jewellery trends. Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue goals. Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to manage inventory, analyze reports, and implement sales strategies. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Professional appearance and a passion for luxury retail.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
