Operations & Store Support
Support daily store operations including billing, invoicing, and order processing.
Manage stock, inventory, and visual merchandising to meet luxury standards.
Prepare sales reports and assist with event logistics.
Handle client communications professionally (calls, WhatsApp, email).
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in retail sales or store operations (luxury jewelry/watch/fashion preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for fine jewelry and customer service.
Goal-oriented, organized, and detail-focused.
Flexible to work weekends and during exhibitions/events.
Bachelor's degree in Retail, Business, or related field.
