Key Responsibilities



Sales & Client Engagement



Engage with clients and offer personalized jewelry recommendations. Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and luxury events. Provide excellent after-sales service and handle client follow-ups.

Operations & Store Support



Support daily store operations including billing, invoicing, and order processing. Manage stock, inventory, and visual merchandising to meet luxury standards. Prepare sales reports and assist with event logistics. Handle client communications professionally (calls, WhatsApp, email).

Requirements



2-4 years of experience in retail sales or store operations (luxury jewelry/watch/fashion preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for fine jewelry and customer service. Goal-oriented, organized, and detail-focused. Flexible to work weekends and during exhibitions/events. Bachelor's degree in Retail, Business, or related field.
