: Jewellery Manager

We are looking for an experienced Jewellery Manager to lead showroom operations, drive sales growth, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for jewellery sales, and the ability to manage staff while closing high-value customer deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning Drive sales and marketing initiatives to achieve business targets Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance Handle key customers and close high-value jewellery sales Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction at all times Maintain inventory control, visual merchandising, and brand standards Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and repeat business

Requirements:

Proven experience in jewellery retail or luxury sales management Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Customer-focused mindset with a results-driven approach
