Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Manage the overall functioning of the showroom, ensuring smooth daily operations. Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards. Ensure an exceptional customer experience by offering personalised service and building long-term relationships. Oversee inventory management, including stock control, replenishment, and product display. Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and implement strategies for growth. Handle customer queries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards. Coordinate with marketing teams for promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred).

Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in a jewellery showroom (jewellery industry experience is mandatory).

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent knowledge of jewellery products, designs, and industry trends.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
