Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement:

Greet and assist walk-in customers; uncover needs through attentive questioning. Showcase and explain product features, craftsmanship, and purity certifications.

Sales & Upselling:

Meet and exceed individual and store-wide sales targets. Recommend complementary pieces or upgrades to enhance basket size.

Relationship Management:

Follow up with prospective buyers, maintain customer database, and nurture repeat business.

Store Operations Support:

Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and window displays. Ensure the showroom is immaculate, well-organised, and that products are attractively presented.

Compliance & Security:

Adhere to all GST, billing, and internal control procedures. Safeguard high-value stock and escalate any discrepancies immediately.

Required Skills and Qualifications

:

At least 1 year of experience in selling wedding diamond jewellery.
Strong sales track record with experience dealing with high-end clientele.
Excellent communication skills, comfortable talking with VIP customers.
Good knowledge of jewellery products and the luxury market.
