The executive handles billing and sales transactions accurately, addresses customer queries and concerns, and ensures a positive shopping experience that reflects the brand's standards.
In addition to sales, the role includes maintaining product knowledge, supporting inventory management, ensuring attractive and well-maintained visual displays, and assisting in daily store operations. The Jewellery Sales Executive builds long-term customer relationships through follow-ups and communication about new arrivals and promotions, contributes to marketing initiatives, and works collaboratively with the team while maintaining a professional appearance and flexibility to work during weekends, holidays, and peak business hours.
