We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused
Jewellery Sales Executive
to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, in-depth product knowledge, and a passion for luxury retail.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers in the showroom with jewellery selection.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
Maintain product knowledge -- gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery.
Handle billing, tagging, and stock display as per company standards.
Build long-term customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of display counters.
Handle exchanges, repairs, and after-sales support professionally.
Update customer records and sales reports.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong selling and negotiation ability.
Presentable personality with a confident attitude.
Basic computer and billing software knowledge.
Experience in jewellery or luxury retail preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Working Hours:
Full-time (As per showroom timings)
Weekends working; one weekly off (weekday)
