We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Jewellery Sales & Marketing Executive to promote, sell, and market our jewellery collections. The candidate should have strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a passion for luxury retail.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their jewellery needs and preferences
Showcase gold, diamond, silver, and designer jewellery collections
Explain product details such as purity, weight, pricing, and certifications
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase footfall and sales
Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales service
Maintain attractive display and visual merchandising of jewellery items
Promote offers, schemes, and festive collections
Maintain accurate sales records and billing coordination
Build long-term relationships with customers
Coordinate with marketing team for promotions, exhibitions, and social media campaigns
Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience in jewellery sales or luxury retail (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of gold, diamond, gemstones, and jewellery trends
Confidence in convincing and negotiating with customers
Presentable personality with professional behavior
Basic computer knowledge (billing software, CRM, MS Excel)
Ability to work on weekends and during festive seasons
Qualification:
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Diploma or certification in jewellery sales/marketing is an added advantage
Experience:
1-5 years in jewellery sales or related retail industry
