Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations of the showroom/store.

The Candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, strong interpersonal skills, and in-depth knowledge of jewellery products and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets. Drive in-store sales through effective customer engagement and relationship management. Maintain high levels of product knowledge and ensure the team is well-informed on all jewellery lines. Plan and implement sales strategies to improve footfall, conversion rates, and average transaction value. Ensure visual merchandising standards and store presentation are consistently maintained. Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement or inventory teams. Handle high-value transactions and ensure adherence to compliance protocols. Resolve customer complaints and queries with professionalism and a focus on satisfaction. Monitor market trends and competitor activities; recommend necessary adjustments to strategy. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in jewellery or luxury retail; 1-2 years in a managerial role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Customer-centric approach with a passion for luxury products.

Knowledge of gold, diamond, gemstones, and hallmarking standards is a plus.

Proficient in POS systems, MS Office, and CRM software.
