Job Summary:



As a Jewellery Sales Executive, you will be the face of our brand in-store. Your primary goal is to drive sales by providing excellent customer service, helping customers choose pieces that suit their needs, and closing sales. You'll maintain deep product knowledge, manage inventory, and ensure the showroom is attractive and well-presented.

Key Responsibilities:



Customer Interaction & Sales

Greet customers warmly when they enter the showroom. Understand customer needs by asking relevant questions. Provide product knowledge: explain metals, gemstones, craftsmanship, pricing, and care. Recommend suitable jewellery pieces based on customer preferences and budget. Cross-sell and up-sell related items (e.g., matching earrings, chains, customization). Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Store & Product Management

Maintain and organize showroom displays to ensure they are visually appealing. Conduct regular stock checks; manage inventory / stock on display. Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation. Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming.

Transaction Handling

Process sales transactions accurately (billing, payments, invoicing). Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty issues professionally. Ensure all payments, receipts, and paperwork are completed correctly.

After-Sales & Relationship Building

Follow up with customers post-purchase to check satisfaction. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat business. Manage customer queries, complaints, and requests (repairs, resizing, cleaning).

Market Awareness & Reporting

Stay updated on jewellery trends, new collections, and competitor offerings. Provide feedback from customers to management (design preferences, common objections). Prepare sales reports or daily/weekly sales summaries (if required).

Team Coordination & Events

Coordinate with other teams (e.g., inventory, design, marketing) as needed. Assist in in-store events, launches, or promotional activities. Training: Mentor or guide junior sales staff, if required.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
